This abbreviated version of the POWER!SERVICE Assessment asks you to rate the extent to which your organization demonstrates a number of practices associated with high-performing organizations: firms in our research we call Service Profit Chain Leaders.The questions you will answer describe ten key practices necessary to drive an experience that will consistently exceed your customers’ expectations. There are 3 core elements in the POWER!SERVICE™ System: Strategy, Execution and Management that are supported by 10 Key Elements and 39 related Best Practices.To answer the questions, simply determine which of the five points on the scale you agree with for each question:1.
